Career Curiosities is an event series designed to introduce women, non-binary people, ethnic minorities, veterans, people with disabilities, and the LGBTQ+ community to fields in tech that they may not have knowledge of. If you identify as under-represented, have a non-traditional background and/or are exploring new career options, this event is for you!
Do you like building client relationships? Do you have an interest in learning new technology? Do you like dissecting complex problems and creating unique solutions? If the answer is yes to these three questions, we'd like to introduce a career path that may be for you: Solutions Engineering.
Solutions Engineers (also known as Pre-Sales Engineers / Solutions Architects / Pre-Sales Consultants / Sales Engineers)Â or SEs, are a critical part of the Sales team where you can combine technical skills and people skills to build creative solutions for your customers.
During this event, you will hear from a panel of Twilio Solutions Engineers who will provide insights into what it’s like working in their role and to be under-represented in this field. They also will share guidance to individuals interested in exploring the transition into Solutions Engineering.
