Based in London, Jessica Cregg holds the position of Associate Solutions Engineer to the EMEA Growth team. Prior to joining Twilio in December 2019, Jessica has worked with a variety of technology companies including ThousandEyes, GoCardless and EE.

MARK SHAVERS

Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at Twilio

 

Mark Shavers is a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with an eye on increasing business value and enabling a digital user experience for Twilio's customers. Mark has been in the technology Industry for over two decades, helping to bridge the gap between technology and business. As a Solutions Architect, Mark assists Twilio customers with designing solutions to business problems using Twilio's Engagement Cloud.


LILLIAN WAKEFIELD

Solutions Engineer at Twilio

 

Lillian began her career in environmental consulting as a chemist before transitioning to education and eventually starting her own business. She now focuses on cloud-based communications as a solutions engineer at Twilio. She loves being a solution engineer because of the variety and learning required for the position.  

 

She is someone who has made several career transitions and entered male-dominated fields without a traditional technical background. Due to her experiences, she is interested in exploring the ways in which companies and individuals can effectively and meaningfully empower underrepresented populations.

Talent Acquisition Manager at Twilio

Joel Torres is Manager, Talent Acquisition - Americas at Twilio with experience recruiting in an agency and corporate setting. He has dedicated his career to finding the best talent possible - in the most efficient way possible. He is obsessed with continuous learning, data, and uncovering the right problems to solve. He has built businesses, teams, products, is a father of 2 and husband to 1.

Marcus Bullock

Following his 2004 release from prison, Bullock launched a mobile app called Flikshop. It's a free app that enables incarcerated people the ability to receive postcards in the mail from friends and support organizations. Flikshop ships postcards to over 2,200 correctional facilities around the country, connecting thousands of families to their incarcerated loved ones.

Flikshop has become a leader in their industry, and led Bullock to co-found Washington, DC non-profit Flikshop School of Business, a program that teaches persons returning to their community from prison life skills, entrepreneurship, and mobile application development.

He is a member of the Justice Policy Institute’s board of directors, has been appointed by Washington, DC’s mayor as a Commissioner for Reentry and Returning Citizens Affairs, and Aspen Institute Scholar.
